Concept

•  To provide young political and public leaders and NGO representatives with the first hand information on Euro-Atlantic integration of Ukraine and national security issues
•  To bring speakers dealing with Euro-Atlantic integration of Ukraine and national security issues to stimulate the exchange of knowledge and ideas
•  To talk about the 21st century concept of security and the way that NATO relates to it
•  To discuss the issue of implementing defense and security sector reform in the aftermath of the new political situation
•  To make use of communication technologies with several video-bridges per day with a live debate with NATO HQ representatives
•  To publish the materials resulting from the Courses on a CD
