Concept
To provide young political and public leaders and NGO representatives with the first hand information on Euro-Atlantic integration of Ukraine and national security issues
To bring speakers dealing with Euro-Atlantic integration of Ukraine and national security issues to stimulate the exchange of knowledge and ideas
To talk about the 21st century concept of security and the way that NATO relates to it
To discuss the issue of implementing defense and security sector reform in the aftermath of the new political situation
To make use of communication technologies with several video-bridges per day with a live debate with NATO HQ representatives
To publish the materials resulting from the Courses on a CD
